Clarity & Clarity Lite Chromatography Data Acquisition and Processing SoftwareClarity

Clarity® is an advanced Chromatography Data Station (CDS) for data acquisition, data processing, and instrument control. Its wide range of data acquisition interfaces (A/D converters, LAN, USB, RS232) allows connection to virtually any chromatograph. Clarity currently controls more than 350 instruments from more than 40 vendors and provides users with high flexibility in connecting wide range of instruments. Clarity comes with extensive free support from DataApex (www.dataapex.com) as well as from the growing community of users in the Clarity Forum. Unlike many large corporations, the DataApex Company is in close contact with its users. Clarity v5.0.2 is multilingual*. Single installation package contains English, French, German, Russian, Spanish and Chinese (simplified) localization and you can switch between them any time. And now there’s an app for that —NEW! You can monitor running analysis with your iPhone or Android powered mobile using Clarity2Go**.

*Translation is limited to the main software, extensions, and most of the control modules. Control modules localization might differ from each language and DataApex will be adding individual localized drivers in coming Clarity versions. Help and documentation are in English and will also be localized continuously. All data files are independent on the language and can be used in any localization.

**Clarity2Go is a mobile companion to Clarity Chromatography Station. It enables you to monitor selected parameters of running Sequence or Single Analysis conveniently from your mobile. Its use is free for all customers with Clarity station (full, minimal version 4.0.4). The monitoring works only if both (smartphone and PC with Clarity) have access to the internet. Currently available for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Applestore). Available free from DataApex at www.dataapex.com.

Clarity (v5.0.2) -- Clarity is the most comprehensive of DataApex’s software. Its features included data acquisition from multiple instruments, direct controls of GC using Controls; access to advanced analyses through Extensions; and support of 21CFR Part 11. This makes Clarity suitable for laboratories with high demands on efficiency, high sample throughput and GLP standards.

Clarity Lite (v5.0.2) -- Clarity Lite is a simplified version of Clarity that provides data acquisition from one chromatograph. With its reduced set of functions Clarity Lite is an inexpensive solution for a non-regulated environment. Clarity Lite can easily be upgraded to Clarity at a later date.

Clarity v5.0.2 and Clarity Lite v5.0.2 operate with any of the following Microsoft® Windows® operating systems: XP®, Vista®, 7®, 8® [Microsoft® Windows® 2000 is no longer supported for Clarity version 4.0 and higher]. Each chromatography station package includes -- Clarity Software on CD, A/D converter for analog data acquisition (external 24-bit A/D converter for USB, aka DataApex’s Colibrick®), Hardware Key (on dongle), manuals (in English), and cables.

The following specifications are recommended based on computer products widely available in the market place from vendors.
