This detector is relatively insensitive to flow changes from 50 to 500 cm3\/min. The Series 5200 analyzer interface is on its 7-inch touchscreen. The navigation of configuration pages is done with onscreen tabs, as the screen facilitates fast monitoring and reporting of data. Sample and reference gases are selected from menus in the mass flow controllers. Indicated flows therefore are true.The Series 5200 features three display modes: PPM, %,<br \/>and PURITY %. The PPM mode (default) will display impurities in the PPM range. The % mode will display impurities in % concentration.
